What we need

Vehicle registration document, valid ID and the car on site. Without an existing key we read the immobilizer on the vehicle and cut a new one.

Some makes require an appointment — short-notice slots in Hannover are often available.

Lost keys can be permanently blocked in the immobilizer so they no longer work — better security after loss or theft.
